Jaime is a native 'New Englander' and has had 16 years in the spa industry. Her passion to see the spa industry flourish and continue to hold high standards, give exceptional treatments, and customer service has prompted her to create this one-of-a-kind SPA EDUCATION. 

Her background is inclusive of being a triple licensed practitioner maintaining a private spa studio, she's contributed to Massage Magazine as a guest writer/interviewee,  she's led a luxury 25,000 sq-foot spa as director, she's been an educator for a massage school, a regional account executive for a skin & body care line, a national (technical & product knowledge) educator and approved provider holding NCBTMB credentials.

Jaime's vast experience & self-proclaimed 'casual perfectionism' (simply meaning, she has an eye, ear & feel for detail and relays little bits of information - never speaking down or being overly critical), gives her the ability to analyze where the (group) therapist can increase their skills in a manner that comes together collectively,  meets you where you are, and provides insight, strength, and challenges you where you're comfortable taking even the best services and elevating their skills.

Having such high standards for quality, value, and knowledge, propelled her to become a spa mentor, leader, advocate, and educator for business and like-minded professionals who share the same passion and love to grow. In 2011 she began this business of continuing education as a 'side gig' and with the many visits to the spa's around the country she saw a need for this personalized support, a need to focus on the individual or the group to round out and perfect your business. Her goal imminently is to ensure business standards, quality, and service at the highest level possible while maintaining a warm, nurturing & friendly spa atmosphere, ultimately increasing value & profits! 

The other half of my life includes a lot of family time. The coast of Maine is a favorite spot I love to retreat to with my husband, son & daughter (this shadow picture was taken at Footbridge Beach in Ogunquit ME). We enjoy kayaking the Squam lakes of NH, I explore spas whenever I travel (obviously) and I'm so grateful that I've found my work-life balance so I can maintain being a great mom, wife, and business leader.
